Hi, I’m Candace!

I am an experienced leader with 15+ years working to support others in reaching their fullest potential. I have combined experience in HR, Talent Management, Operations, and Leadership and Learning spanning across multiple industries. I am on a mission to shape the world of tomorrow by building great leaders today.

I strive to be a lifelong learner and approach each situation as an opportunity to learn, grow,  and develop. For me, being a lifelong learner means starting with the people around me, prioritizing their voice, and ensuring their experiences benefit their growth.

My approach is down to earth, authentic, and honest. I balance heart with backbone. This is what you can expect from me as your coach. My greatest desire is to support your learning, so you can reach your fullest potential – in leadership and in life.
